September 21st-25th 2012Once again I was asked by Jonathan Mosley to be part of his team for Chatsworth- 2nd year running outside in the rain and the cold meant extreme flower arranging was in full swing- battling not only the elements but also the skating rink of the mossy path outside the house- fortunately non of the public saw the splits and the pirouettes- if they had I am sure we would have got an Olympic Gold for execution!
As well as the outside arrangements (yes there are 2 of them you aren't seeing double) I was commissioned to produce 4 willow cornucopias (which lead a double life as Christmas Trees) which were then beautifully filled with flowers. But a great day was had non the less and an amazing set of displays in the house- a real credit to Jonathan and Glenda's hard work and imagination. Roll on 2013- can we order sunny weather for then? |
